Report Certified Payroll (Contract Compliance)
Construction Contracts Only
In accordance with CFR 29, Parts 1,3,5,6, and 7, ADOT’s contract requirements include certified payroll reporting for all federally funded construction contracts (to ensure Davis Bacon prevailing wage requirements are being met).
ADOT utilizes a Labor Compliance System for the weekly reporting of certified payrolls.
